Nope. You can submit an unlimited amount of knowledge, and we’ll add it to your AI’s memory sequentially, in the order received.
On average, most requests to add to knowledge base are completed in just 48 hours or less. However, more complex knowledge can take longer.
You might be surprised to hear this, but Leonardo Labs is a 3 person company. That’s the beauty of AI which we use in our agency as well. This means you’ll work primarily with me, founder of Leonardo Labs. But more complex requests such as upgrades to GPT and complex AI models are being worked on by my 2 superhero developers.
We understand you may sometimes have to take a break from your AI. Perhaps a change of business or even team members managing your company.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
We have three: Text, Voice, Full Avatar. The text model responds only in text. The voice model speaks back to you. The full avatar does it all including a video model of your exact likeness.

We do not cover the cost of your servers or access of API’s it takes to keep your AI running in the background. Here is a list of the estimated cost of said APIs:
Pinecone: $70/month
Eleven Labs: $0.16/min of generated audio
ChatGPT: $0.005/min of transcribed audio
ChatGPT <$0.01 per reply
Digital Ocean $14/month
No worries. You can pause your subscription once you’re done and return whenever you have additional AI needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
